Modern day women are deeply unsatisfied and unfulfilled. They are disconnected from themselves, their bodies, their relationships and life. They feel exhausted, resentful, depressed, intolerant and like the weight of the world rests on their shoulders. Many of these women have been conditioned to believe brain fog, general malaise and other non life threatening symptoms are normal so they settle for mediocre living when this is anything BUT normal.

We live in a world that benefits from women believing there is something inherently "wrong” with them - that they must be broken and someone or something outside of them has the answers they are looking for.

My work in this world is to disrupt this idea and support women in remembering that they have everything they need to care deeply for themselves, and when they do, they begin to reclaim agency and autonomy over their lives - their health and healing, their vitality, their purpose and their unique power.

The Nourished Woman feels safe, secure and purposeful- exuding self respect, confidence, clarity and ease in her everyday life

Over the course of 12 weeks, through a beautifully articulated, intentional and disciplined program, women will begin to take radical responsibility for their lives and their participation in it. They’ll gain access to their optimal health (maybe for the first time ever) and move through deep healing and transformation from the inside out. Many healing modalities are layered into these 3 months - opening the opportunities for heightened awareness and tremendous individual growth.

As we heal we give others permission to do the same. As we grow we invite the world around us to grow with us.
